Gattuso: Milan are strong as Inter
Gennaro Gattuso believes that AC Milan are just as strong as defending champion Inter Milan as he looks ahead to the Milan derby.
Milan prepare for the derby knowing that they are ahead of their city rivals in the Serie A table, something that has not happened since the summer of 2006.
Hardman Gattuso believes the champions are no better than his team at the moment, but added that the party will be close.
"Inter and Juventus are like battleships, but we're there to play for him. We're there too, and we have to live day by day," Gattuso told Il Corriere della Sera.
"The derby has no rules. The fact that we are ahead in the league, that means nothing."
