The AS Roma was founded in 1927 to fight against the "North Wind". The idea was to Italo Foschi. The manager then Fortitudo realized that to lead the team in the capital was necessary to create a big club, perhaps joining forces some of the other clubs that disperses in the Roman football. Thus, in July'27 set up the new company, formed by the merger of Alba, Fortitudo and Roman (which, in turn, had absorbed the Pro Roma). The leaders decided that the colors are yellow and red, the same as the Roman. The President was appointed the same Foschi.

Francesco Totti Biography :

Francesco Totti (born September, 27, 1978) is Rome, the most talented player to have come from Italy in the last ten years. His mother alleges that Totti started to play football at the age of ten months, when he used to dribble on the beach. At the age of 12 he started to play for Roma and has not stopped since.
